Our plants and pots are not printed or personalised. Items in stock are delivered within 1 to 4 working days. Order before 13:00 and we ship in-stock items the same day.
If an item is not immediately available, we let you know as soon as possible and tell you the expected delivery time.

Returns at Hidalgo Plants
We want you to be happy with your purchase. That is why our return policy is clear and customer-friendly, in line with the legal rules for distance selling.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a legal right of withdrawal: you may cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.
How withdrawal works
Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to withdraw, using our return form or by contacting us.
After that notice you have a further 14 days to actually send the product back to us.
Once we have received and checked the product, we refund the full purchase amount (including the standard outbound shipping cost) within 14 days.
Please note: the cost of sending the product back is yours, unless agreed otherwise.
Send the product back in its original condition and packaging as far as possible. You are liable for any loss in value if the product has been used beyond what is needed to assess its nature and functioning.
How to register a return
Registering a return is simple:
– Send an e-mail to info@hidalgo.nl quoting your order number.
– State which products you want to return and why.
– Pack the items well and send them to the return address we give you.
