Product description
The Monstera Deliciosa is a living indoor plant, supplied here with a matching planting basket. This variety, Monstera Deliciosa Tauerii, is recognisable by its large, heart-shaped leaves with deep splits and natural holes, giving it a bold, structured appearance. The leaves are a glossy, rich green, making this an eye-catching plant for any interior setting.
The Monstera is a lush, climbing plant that naturally develops aerial roots as it grows. Its generous leaf size and distinctive form make it one of the most recognisable houseplants available today.
Use & position
The Monstera Deliciosa thrives in a bright spot with indirect light and can also do well in partial shade. Keep the plant away from direct sunlight, as this can scorch the leaves. For businesses, this makes it a practical choice for offices, reception areas, hotel lobbies, healthcare spaces, and retail environments where natural light is available but direct sun is not always present.
If you are looking for other statement indoor plants to complete a space, the Areca palm indoor plant Dypsis lutescens is a complementary option worth considering.
Care
Water the Monstera regularly, but allow the top layer of soil to dry out slightly between waterings. As a general guide, watering once a week is sufficient, though this may vary depending on the environment and season.
The plant is delivered in carefully designed packaging, with protective sleeves around the plant and soil, and secured within the box to ensure it arrives in healthy, undamaged condition.
