This green houseplant is also known as Dypsis Lutenscens. The Areca palm belongs to the palm family. The palm is also called gold palm.

The Areca palm does not like direct sunlight. Preferably place the Areca palm in semi-shade and at least 5 metres from the window.

The Areca Palm’s potting soil should always feel slightly moist. Be careful with too much water! The roots should not be flooded.

Please note that plants are a living product and may differ from the photo and description. Our plants are delivered in a plastic growing pot. All plants are packaged and shipped directly from the nursery.
